RML series coffee powder filling sealing machines are fully automatic high-speed filling and sealing machine, from the cup, the falling cup, screw filling, play code, photoelectric tracking, sealing shear and to take of the cup all are fully automatic operation.

The electricalequipment and pneumatic components all adopt product of manufacturer of famous at home and abroad; stable quality, long service life, and the important mechanical part adopts advanced precision machining center to manufacture; so the mechanical fit is good, stable and advanced performance, reliable quality.

Machine temperature control system adopts the new electric constant temperature controller, is the new generation of intelligent heating system, temperature control effect is good, more energy saving, the new design, reasonable structure and beautiful, the acid stainless material, conform to the hygiene standards, easy maintenance.

Functions:

The machine can realize: automatic falling cup, automatic filling (screw), manipulator put the sealing film, photoelectric tracking, automatic sealing (two seal), play code, automatic out of the cup (manipulator put the cup to the conveyor belt). These are all automatic operation. The parts in contact with material in this machine are all 304 stainless steel material. It is safety. If the customer need to impact nitrogen or add other function, it can also be realized.

Configuration:

The machine frame adopts the angleiron to weld together, after anti-rust prevention and then to packing by # 304 stainless steel in outside. The bare of the spare parts should be for rust prevention, and is made by the stainless steel and aluminum.

Electrical components adopt "Omron", "Siemens" and so on which are the famous brands in domestic and international. Pneumaticcomponent use the Taiwan "AIRTAC ".
